ANNUAL LICENSE FEES
All Foundations must be renewed within 30 days from the date of
Registration every year:
(a) $200 if paid within 30 days;
(b) Plus $50 for an extension of renewal (however written reason must be submitted by Foundation Council member for
extension);
(c) Plus $150 for reinstatement to Register after extension of renewal was granted;
(d) $500 to restore to register once no extension was granted.
